Prices shown on this site are honest starting figures, and the exact price for a specific project is always confirmed in writing before work begins.

Estimates and Agreements

A website inquiry does not create a client relationship. Work begins only after the parties approve the scope, terms, payment schedule, and responsibilities. Either party can decline a project before that approval with no obligation. Changes requested after a scope is approved may change the price or the timeline, and are agreed in writing before they happen.

Client Materials and Approval

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, text, and photos they provide, and for having the right to use them. Every page of copy is shown to the client for approval before it goes live, and the client's approval is what puts it there.

Intellectual Property

Website content, designs, code, trademarks, and client materials remain subject to the ownership and license terms stated in the applicable agreement. When a project agreement says the client owns the finished site, that ownership includes the domain, the content, and the right to move the site elsewhere.

Third-Party Services

Websites we build may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, and analytics. Those services have their own terms, and outages or changes on their side are outside our control.

Limitation

Nothing on this website constitutes a warranty or guarantee of a specific result, including search rankings, which no honest provider can promise. Liability is limited to the terms of the written agreement between the parties.
